Fair Fares Taxi Cab

Today, I needed a taxi for myself and my brother as we headed to a memorial. I called at about 11:15 am for a taxi available an hour later and Karen told me that unfortunately, the cab would not be able to arrive till 12:30 pm. She was honest and upfront, which I appreciate. Well, Stephen, the taxi driver, got to my residence at 12:10 and to my destination before 12:30. Stephen was nice, respectable, and even had sorrow for the loss in my family. I appreciate both for being kind and respectable and thanks for the great service.

I will definitely use this taxi service again when needed.

2 weeks now of using them as my primary vehicle is broken and currently being evaluated if can be saved ; no bus service to get me to work ;I use online booking to give 7-8 hours advance notice ; 4 days no problems, 2 days unavailable and 1 time I had to adjust schedule to an earlier time as the driver had to be in another town 15 minutes from when I needed picked up ; seems that their is a preference given to the longer runs that net more $$$ which is all well and good I will just move my 20 bucks a day to another company and see if any of the other company drivers are happy making easy money on a 15 minute trip

This was my first ride with this company. I was nervous about a ride for my mom and I, but I felt a little safer since this company was owned by a woman and half of the drivers are women, so I booked it. We were arriving by Amtrak, and there are usually cabs waiting when the train comes in, but I decided to have Fair Fares waiting instead. SO HAPPY I DID! It turns out that there was a train that came in a few minutes before ours. The taxis thought that was the only train - and they all left! Fair Fares waited since we hadn't shown up, so we had the only taxi there. I don't remember the driver's name, but she was there early, called me to let me know, waited for us to show up, then actually carried out luggage upstairs for us! She was a wonderful gal and I am VERY happy with the service. If I need a ride in the future, I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you all at Fair Fare Cabs! :)

I've used them before to get my son AFTER his shift ended. Usually a bit late but okay he can wait. But today we had to use them to take him to work. They never showed then called 20 minutes before his shift started (it's a 17 minute drive and yes I tried calling them) to say "Oopsy we have no cars" Thanks FF's if a friend hadn't showed up in the nick of time my kid would have missed work. The fares may be fare but only if you can get a ride. This has happened before but usually they show up even if it's an hour late.

Needed a ride to the airport from a local truckstop. Called Tori and setup the ride in advance. She was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get to take that ride as my team partner got a load that took us past the airport. But if ever in the Seattle area again this will be the only taxi service I will use.

Called and needed a ride from Tacoma's east side to the north end. I was told that Adam would be my driver and that he would be there in 10 minutes. In less than 10 minutes he arrived. He was prompt, courteous, and I would recommend this company and definitely use them again. Thanks for such a great service.

Driver was Steve (cool blue hat). Came 10 minutes early, patiently waited while I wrestled with the FedEx office, knew a good place for a cuppa, and had some good jokes. Super nice, good price, top notch driver. Can't go wrong with these guys.

They were fifteen plus minutes latell to a common destination on a Tuesday afternoon. HORRIBLE DON'T CALL.

Called this company based on their ratings. We were very happy with them. The van was clean, the driver was polite, helped with the bags and the whole experience was positive. I rarely use cans but when I do, I'm going to use these guys again.

Lora was our taxi driver this evening. She was quick to pick us up and quick to get us back to our hotel! Thank you!
