Gann Memorials

I took out a 6-month interest free loan in November 2017 after Gann Memorials said they could do a prototype. I am satisfied with Gann’s service.

I've been partnering with Gann Memorials on my projects for years, and recently learned that there is a concerted effort by a small group of disgruntled former clients, who are out to damage this company's reputation. They also actively solicit Gann's clientele to join their cause, and some of this madness is orchestrated by Gann's own competition. I've actually seen the evidence and it's not pretty.

Yes, I've done my own homework and even observed the same negative reviews by Joe/Joseph, Trenton, and Blake, all over the internet. It's not difficult to see the collusion. When they go low, Gann goes high.

Regarding Trenton's review, I've spoken with Gann about this. They couldn't divulge specific details, but it's my understanding that Gann spent about a year developing this client's products, collected their payment, and started the production, only to have them cancel and demand a full refund. Folks, most custom product companies do not offer refunds, especially once production has commenced. It is my understanding that they even had a contract. There are indeed always two sides to every story, and the truth always comes out.

I've also reviewed the BBB complaints (there were only a handful) and all of them have been resolved. The BBB has even accredited these guys, so if they were such frauds, they wouldn't have received accreditation and their score would be in the pits. It all tells me a much different story. Many of Gann's competitors aren't even BBB accredited.

I admire this company for risking exposure, by promoting their accreditation and putting their reputation on the line. As we see, it can invite undesirable attention.

Bottom line, I agree with the previous positive review by Raquel. Do your homework and don't take anyone's word at face value. My personal experience has been a blast, so I encourage everyone to consult with Gann and make their own judgment call.

I see that "Blake" just recently posted his negative review here, so the trifecta (which I previously mentioned) is complete. I previously posted that Blake, Joseph, and Trenton are posting the same negative reviews all over the internet, in an effort to smear this company while propping up a competitor.

By the way, I've personally toured Gann's factory and it's the real deal. Don't take my word for it, because you can call them and arrange your own visit. Clients are regularly touring the facility. They even have factory photos on their Facebook page. Again, you've gotta do that homework.

I've seen this family-owned company at the receiving end of such anger and machinations, it is ridiculous. They are are a reputable company, and are accredited with the BBB. If they are so corrupt, I don't understand how they can have positive reviews and even have a B+ rating. Do your homework folks.
