Black Island Farms

Absolutely amazing place to take the family during the day and awesome date night idea on the weekend! :-) two enthusiastic thumbs up from me and 8 enthisiastic thumbs up from my family really need to see for your self how amazing this place and its employees are.

I decided I would take my family to this place. We bought the ksl discounted tickets, we drove from south salt lake, the lady at from was a little abrasive but received the tickets and wrist bands. After walking in the overgrown grass with our stroller we somehow lost our tickets for the hay ride. On our way out we noticed the tickets fell out somewhere. We were okay with not going on the hay ride but my girls really were looking forward to the pumpkins. On the way out we asked when / where we get the pumpkins. The lady inside said talk to the driver and they should be able to help. The driver wasn't back yet so we spoke to the ticket lady who rudely told us that the tickets give us the pumpkins and there was nothing they could do unless we wanted to pay another 5 dollars each to ride and get it. My kids started crying and they still didn't try to do anything, it's not like it was busy and my word of mouth on several sites will cost them more than just giving my little girls a tiny pumpkin... Also like to note my wife posted on their site and they VERY promptly deleted it.



VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Black Island Farms was a great place to take the family. We have been going there with the family for the past 6 years and they have never once raised there prices. Its always one of the kids favorite things to do every year. I would always recommend going to Black Island Farms
