        Founded in 1962, Onondaga Community College is a higher education institution that offers a range of certificate and associated degree programs. The college is affiliated with the State University of New York. Onondaga Community College offers programs in the areas of criminal justice, allied health, nursing, engineering, maritime, industrial training, liberal arts, business management, and advanced science and mathematics. The college also provides online courses in more than 30 disciplines. It has over 10,000 students and various athletic teams, organizations and clubs.
