Life and relationships can be challenging and therapy is a great place to begin sorting things out. You can attend therapy individually, with a partner, or family to create the change you desire in your life. I can help by providing culturally sensitive guidance and a safe space for you on your path to healing. I am an active participant in the therapy room and I work well with people that are contemplating change or ready for change. My area of specialization is working with transgender and gender diverse individuals and their families. I support and affirm adults and youth as they navigate their unique gender journey. This includes providing support letters when necessary to begin a medical transition. My expertise extends to LGBQ, nonbinary, and polyamorous individuals. If you're a therapist-in-training or a licensed professional, I am an AAMFT approved supervisor and can provide supervision. My office is conveniently located with plenty of free parking.
