Walmart Supercenter

Until recently, I had rated this store with three stars, but their service has significantly declined. While I comprehend the necessity of securing items due to increased theft, it is crucial that the store ensures adequate staff availability in these areas. On one occasion, I experienced a 30-minute wait, and my wife had an even longer wait of nearly an hour without receiving assistance, leading her to leave the store. Consequently, I have decided to make future purchases of ‘secured’ items through their website or consider buying from competitors.

For those on the hunt for a shopping experience that will go down in memory as one of the most dismal at Walmart, look no further—this store is precisely where you’ll find it.

Totally disappointed no respect for customers, it's after 9:00 am, No registers open except self checkout with one lady supervising it. 4 CSM, standing around, 1 person @ each door, elderly with buggy full & told: go to customer service to check out... Really ? Customers don't come first...
