I've only place 1 other NEGATIVE online review in the past because I understand the impact it may have in a business. But when a business takes advantage of an individual with no remorse and when one comes for a product and is cheated, tricked, and defrauded it's a must to give a warning. William and his wife Alicia "office mngr" have demonstrated to be crooks. We have just ended our business relationship. I demanded a receipt and after he received my cash and just wrote $80 on a generic receipt without any company info and said he will not fill it in.
