Ross Dress for Less

Today, I shopped at the Ross at the Sunnyvale, CA location. The staff there was unusually rude. Especially a lady called YU at the return counter was extremely rude in her selection of words and her body language. Not just me but everyone standing in the line felt this. There was no clear demarkation between the purchase and returns line. If someone by mistake landed at the purchase counter but was intending to return this lady shouted at them and ordered them to stand again at the end of the line. She did this to 2 people in front of me one of them was a very elderly lady who because of all the commotion had to stand at the end of the line for a simple return. Other rude staff was the lady standing outside fitting room. She was very uncooperative and was speaking arrogantly.

I had taken some friends along with me and was speaking very highly of Ross but was very embarrased after such behavior by the staff. I don't think I am ever going to this Ross again, or any other for that matter.
