D Sign Dental Lab

My office has sent several cases to this lab & I can honestly say they are the worse I've EVER had to deal with in my entire 7 yrs experience. They bring the cases past the due dates without any notice. Myself, my manager, and even the dentist have tried talking to them. They are quick to point fingers to say we never called to tell them when the case was due (when its clearly noted on their lab slips), not taking any responsibility for their poor service. They do not provide bags. Just Monday, our patient (that comes all the way from Hayward to see us) waited 3 hours past her scheduled appointment time for them to bring in her case. We called to remind them Friday & they said they would be here. At 9 am, "the driver is on his way". After our first call to check the status of the case, they just stopped answering the phone completely. Today we try speaking to them regarding another case for a patient that was due a few days ago & the person answering the phone says I have to call him back & if we are not happy with their services we can look for another lab. So we will but I still feel as though he could handle his business alot better. I do NOT recommend this lab to anyone.
