Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital Orthopedic Clinic

This hospital is a band aid factory they are nothing but a joke. One thing they one of their registration people accused my sister of only coming to the ER for pain meds. They are also the reason why my mom had to have her foot reconstructed and the reason why she had to go to rehab to gain strength in her legs and that was the place where she passed. And now my dad is her 3 days after my mom passed my dad comes her cause he is sick and they were rude all because me my sister and my aunt wanted to go back there with him they said that one person had to stay in the waiting room plus they are having security come in my dad's room continuing to ask of there is only two people in here this is a joke I am embarrassed to have been born in this hospital.

every month when i try to have my script refilled at the local physicians office, it takes an act of god and congress to have the refill called in. this week i called early monday mornina and guess what IT' THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND NOTHING HAS BEEN CALLED IN YET!!! I was getting the walmart generic version until cuba passed an ordinance requiring as script, it was so nice no hassle, no continuous phone calls, and a lot less frustration and it cost less also! i really feel like i am being treated like a second rate citizen. if this had been the firstincident perhaps i could overlook the situation, but this is the umpteenth time i have heard"oh the drs not in today" 'or "the drd no in the office this week". Well that doest me that i dont need my medication, ad if someones covering then they had better be up with the program. this so what attitude i get doesnt cut it aymore
