Ultra Cab was great! I was able to book online the night before my flight. The car was on time waiting for me in front of the hotel with my name in the window. The driver, Naresh, was an absolute delight. Very professional, and simply a great guy. Definitely a service I will use again next time Im in Katy.

This guy was the most genuine taxi driver I have ever met! He genuinely cared about getting me to my destination on time. I feel like a lot of taxi drivers just want to rip you off. These guys are not like this, the driver was great and even gave me a discount! I have him on speed dial so that whenever I need a cab in Houston, I will call Ultra Cab. The best part, the driver showed up with a nice Black Suburban. The Ride was clean and the AC was cold. Plus the driver offered me free water and sprite. I was in shock, expecting a cab, but riding in a limo. I wont never go with anyone else. I hope that was helpful, for anyone looking for a cab.

First of all let me state that I am very ecstatic I found this company. They (Naresh was my driver) not only answered their phone, were available, gave me accurate estimated time of arrival, showed up in clean immaculate luxury black Surburban, well spoken and well groomed driver and dropped me off at my destination in a timely manner. The fare was reasonable with the total cost being several (2 or 3) dollars higher than regular cab fare. I can honestly tell you that if this company was available in every city, I would never call a regular cab company again. Meanwhile, rest assured that anytime I'm in Houston, TX I will use this car service.

I had an excellent experience with Ultra Cab. I made reservations the day before and even when I had to call to modify the reservation (I wanted to be picked up about 15 minutes later) it was no problem and the dispatch was very nice about it.



The next day a huge Surburban arrived a few minutes early and the driver (I wish I could remember his name) helped me with my luggage and was incredibly friendly and personable. He also asked what route I would like to take to my destination which I thought was a very nice gesture. I was riding alone and was anticipating an awkward car ride but this wasn't the case at all! The driver was friendly and asked do you want to watch a movie for the ride sir? ( I said sure, and the next thing you know he inserts the DVD, the hunger games) Which I had never seen before, I swear this ride felt like I was at a movie theater.



I would absolutely recommend Ultra Cab and I will definitely be using them again.

We consider Naresh a friend of ours and trusts that he would take good care of my daughter anytime! His rates are very reasonable and he is very trustworthy.
