Damar, a salesman at the Sugar Land Tx store, makes the difference for us. He is knowledgeable, had great taste, and helps us in a quiet agreeable way instead of coming on too strong. We ask for him whenever we go and really appreciate his help. Hope his supervisors know how great he is--he should be recognized.

We went to rent a tux for prom for my son. The salesperson was awful and bully the kid to get what salesperson want. When the salesperson made a mistake on the $239 order he refused to change it and threaten that my son would not get the tux.



No matter what the customer want in their own preference and taste should be customer choice not the salespersons .



Go somewhere else maybe Al's formal wear at least they treat you better

Hi, just wanted to say that I had to go back to the store three seperate times for on of my tux's. These people put the blame on me saying it was my fault for the tux being wrong. I put my order in and got measured and they did not make sure everything was there. I was ten minutes late to my own wedding beacuse one of my groomsmen where missing a shirt.Well when I returned the tux's i had a late fee and I ask since them made me come all the way to the store 3 times for one tux can they wave that late fee of 21.80. They told me that they coulnt and I told him you forgot our shirt and he was implying that we stole the shirt. His excuse was the computer will not let him wave the fee, so I told him thats fine. Long story short I had four tux and only paid for three late charges.



Very rude people and never apologized for making me late to my own wedding.

Waving the fee is the least they can do, when I have to live with the fact that I was late to my own wedding.
