        The first greenhouse at Heath’s Greenhouse and Nursery was constructed in 1989. From the inception of Heath’s in 1972 by starting ‘all organic’, a somewhat revolutionary idea at the time, they set the bar for the organic revolution that has caught fire in recent times. It was a obvious progression to carry this philosophy to the greenhouse. Now with two greenhouses Heath’s still maintains‘organic from the beginning’.

        At Heath’s Greenhouse & Nursery we take great care in growing all of our annual plants from seeds, plugs and rooted cuttings in our two greenhouses. We use all organic soils, fertilizers and natural pest control including beneficial insects. We pride ourselves in being “Organic from the Beginning” (No chemical pesticides and/or fertilizers are used in our greenhouses, nursery or gardens).We grow a wide range of annuals throughout the growing season. Organic bedding flowers, potted flowers, culinary herbs and vegetable starters. We are happy to plant your window boxes, hanging baskets, patio pots, cemetery planters etc. Bring in your own containers or purchase them from us. You may choose from our selection of plants or we will design them for you according to your growing conditions.
