I realized my dog Bella was sick at 4:00 p.m. Friday. I called this office Saturday morning and was told they were filled. I said, "I think my dog has a urinary infection." The receptionist said, "That sounds so horrible. Let me see if we can get you in." They did! They not only asked what information I wanted to know and what I was willing to spend, but also responded exactly as I had identified. It was wonderful! They treated me like a member of the "team," listening carefully to what I had to say. They took the time to care for my dog - long after they were supposed to close. I was impressed with everyone in that office - the receptionist, the technician and the doctor. I do not live in Door County but if I did, this would be my veterinary office.
