Truly impressed with customer service there. Both Noemi and Nicole are super friendly and professional. They are just a breath of fresh air in stale scene of nail business. Where everybody else is just trying to get you in and out, these ladies want to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with services you are there for.
Tecnicians, oh where do I start? They speak English and dont try to up sell you crap you dont want.
Free drinks, coffee, enormous selection of nail polishes. They have 5 towers full of colors and more colors. Never seen anything like it.

Best nail salon in Studio City. I regularly use them for waxing and now I became gel addict. They are so nice there. Customer service is awesome
Best nail salon I have ever been to. I used to go to Robb but since they closed, Sunset City Nails became my new place. Front desk is outstanding, they speak English and they actually care.
