Called Bill this Morning which was a Saturday, he answered immediately , told him I needed 2 screens replaced and he was here in 30 mins. did an excellent job, very courteous and very good price, no additional costs for the weekend. I would not hesitate to refer Bill to my friends and neighbors. Very dependable!!

Bill , the owner of the company, came over to evaluate the repairs , we scheduled it for 2 days later , done, he came over with Chris his assistant , the job was done efficiently, clean, respectful and I should mention great sense of humor!

Called and Bill the owner showed up only hours later for my estimate.
Very reasonable. Showed up next morning right on time! Screens look great.

I called Bill at 8 am to replace two screens and fix the hardware on my screen door, he was here by 10 and did a terrific job! Great price and workmanship. I'll definitely be calling Screens R Us for any future repairs.

We called today for a screen bracket repair and Bill came out 30 min. later and fixed the problem very quickly. It was amazing how very prompt and courteous he was.

We had holes in screens on a 3rd floor balcony in a condo damaged by a tenant. Access to the screens was made difficult by the sliding glass doors in front of the screens. Two repair guys had refused the job. Bill stepped up, showed up on time and did the job. He was reliable and experienced and was able to conquer the issues. We would highly recommend him for any screen repair.

I want to give a sincere thank you to Screens R Us! Due to hurricane Matthew we got some pretty good damage to our screened in pool enclosure. We called several companies and had several estimates. I called Mr Hoffman and he answered right away came to my home within an hour was beyond reasonable and scheduled me in two days. They came and fixed our whole entire porch including doors within hours, cleaned up and did a beautiful job. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for screening to be redone. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️

I called SCREENS R US for an estimate. They answered their phone (which is unusual) they were in the area, so they came within 10 minutes of calling them. That is a plus!
Dee & Bill Hoffman were very eager to expedite my request. In a world of waiting a week for an estimate and then making an appointment in the next week or two, I was happy to say they were able to do the job right away. That is very refreshing and appreciative. I did not get any additional estimates, I like things done right away and they were able to do that. I had a small enclosure and it took approximately 30 minutes to complete the job. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors without hesitation. They did an excellent job! Hurricane Matthew may not have done MAJOR damage, but he tore quite a few screens off of my pool enclosure. I called Bill from Screens R Us for the very first time. He came out, gave a VERY fair estimate and started the job immediately. Less than an hour later my pool enclosure looked as good (actually better) than new. His pricing is very fair, he worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, and was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Screens R Us and have saved his business card for the next time I need any rescreening work done.

I called and told the gentleman on the phone I was looking for an estimate for a screen enclosure for my lanai. He asks me where I live and I tell him I live in Sandpiper Bay off Westmoreland Blvd in Port Saint Lucie and he replies "Uhhh, I'll pass Sorry" and hangs up on me!! Really? So I call back immediately for clarification and he doesn't even answer the phone! What ignorant lack of customer service!! Not even a reason why?? Like "Sorry we are swamped or too busy to take on any more clients"? Can you really be that selective based on where someone lives (this business is on Cove Road in Stuart, not so far away at all)? Or is because of what you may perceive based on the customer or potential client's voice? What kind of company does this??
