        Custom Framing 4 Pictures

        I went to Michaels Arts and Crafts to have 4 prints 24x30 in a grouping that backings were so sloppy. None of wiring or brackets were the same. Took them home did all the math to set the grouping then hung the pics none of which hung correctly. Took them back the Frame Manager corrected on the spot. Took them home again this time 3 were correct and one showing the hanger on the wall.

        Took it and a correct picture back to the store again. This time Brian fixed it on the spot. Asked why it wasn't done correctly the first time he said "Because so many orders during Christmas" However this did not apply to me because I had brought them in September and was never called on a pick up by the store. Took the pictures home again to hang and the same picture was still off and showing the hanger on the wall. Called Brain he said tomorrow the manager Make will be there So I tonight I take back again my 3rd attempt to get this correctly. There no accountability for shoddy work.

        So this tells me that Michaels does shoddy work any time of the year. This is terrible quality, workmanship and customer service.

        I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY CUSTOM FRAMING AT MICHAELS AT ANYTIME

        PLEASE GO TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE..
