        shower chair

        I purchased a shower chair with a back for my father. I told the lady my dad was 6 ft and 220lbs. She had one on site which I thought was small but didn't know. I got it home and the caregiver said it would be way to small and unsafe for the size of my father. I returned it the very next day with the tag,he did not even sit in it and she refused to take it back. She also never mentioned the item was nonrefundable or I would have had the caregiver check it out before purchase. I just thought this was pretty poor customer service. Also the next day she had a larger one with an extended seat and I asked to exchange and she refused to do that. I have a hospital bed and a wheel chair for my father from Perkins medical supply in Port ST. Lucie and I called to see if they would have refused a return and they said no.
