A Cobblestone Limousine Service

An all-around fantastic company! Every aspect of my interaction with them was pleasurable. From the friendly girl answering the phone, to the respectful/punctual driver, and the safe and comfortable ride. The limo was beautiful and the overall experience was top-notch!

When I visit Florida, Cobblestone is always one of my first calls. They have great drivers who are very professional and always on time. Vehicles are always clean and the office staff is easy to deal with.

I was pulling out of a parking space today when one of their limos came charging up behind me and stopped behind my reversing car. When the people got out he did also. I asked him to back up and let me out and he refused. He told me if I didn't like it I should call the police and he would wait while they came so they would find out I was drunk, apparently because I had the nerve to ask him to move! Given I had just had two Diet Cokes with lunch and was doing nothing wrong, I went ahead and did just that because the man was insane. What was his point? The parking lot was empty and he chose to park behind the only car, one that was in reverse and from a disabled space no less. (And no, I'm not a befuddled oldie, just injured.) And why refuse to move? He was also abusing me in front of the passengers. They weren't much better standing around behind my car taking pictures of the limo and each other and supporting him with not moving! They were all nuts, but why would anyone want to be driven by such stupid rude people? And ones who don't maintain their cars if they catch fire! End of story, when he realized I really had called the police, him giving me no choice, he finally backed up and continued to tell me how awful I was for wanting to get out of the parking lot and away from his bizarre behavior.

I rented a limo on 5/12/2006 the a tire fell off the limo on my way to my wedding in Orlando I was told the limo just got out of the shop from being worked on. The driver pulled me out and started to run away and I looked back my limo I rented was on fire. My Brides maid and her daughter was still in the car . I started to run back and the driver finally went back to get them. Every thing I had inside the limo was gone my Vail burned and all my belonging that I was going to give my guest. The limo service did give my my champagne glasses back all tarnished that I never got to use. They told me every thing else was a loss. They left my glasses in another limo did not even meet me to say they were sorry that their car burned up my to be husband had to pull over on the side of the turnpike to pick me up just to make it to the wedding.
