        Wow! This is the worst hotel experience I ever had over the past 15 years. The room smelled bad, with no internet or TV for days. The front desk staff were lousy, particularly the manager (Brittney) who was sour, rude and unethical. In this hotel, staff have not idea what customer service means. I happen to reserve a room for my nephew for a week (August -1-8, Room 308), and the manager, Brittney, changed the rate overnight. She was unprofessional, unethical, racist, and above issue, has real issues. I would not advise anybody to go near this hotel because they will ruin your day or visit.
