Frost Road Mini Storage

I have had a storage unit there for over a year and everything has been good.
I have had to call a few times and the staff was always professional and helpful.

The storage facility is fairly nice, the gate doesn't always take the combination the first time. The lady who runs the facility gets an +FFFFF in customer service. If you ever have a concern, don't take it up with her. She immediately gets offended and turns a friendly conversation into a bad experience. Unfortunately there is no one else to turn to, so if you have a concern, best off keeping it to yourself. Also be careful, she tries her best to overcharge. She offers a discount and then charges full price. Best off searching elsewhere to store you're items.
