I was going to Aarons down the streat and seen the leasing sign at the outlet. so I / stopped there. I was happly surprised to see how clean and bright the store was. and the selection was way nicer than Aarons lease was super fast and didn't requie a bunch of paperwork. got a new waher and dryer with warranties all thanks to Jack!

I'd give them a 0 star if it let me.



April 25th just after placing order get a phone call from the store stating that the "choppy thing" was missing and that the manager would need to contact the warehouse on Monday the 27th to get one shipped. Then the manager would call by Wednesday April 29th to set up delivery. Never received phone call back that week.



May 5th contacted store to find out the status and was told there was an issue getting the parts from the warehouse and that shipments came in on Wednesdays so they wouldn't know if it would be on the next days truck or not and would call me after the truck arrived. Never received phone call back that week.



May 8th contacted store to find out the status and was told still didn't have parts and that it was too late to try to call the warehouse that it would have to wait until after the weekend. Was told I'd be called on Monday with an update. Never received call.



May 11-15th tried contacting store and was told I needed to speak to a manager that wasn't available and they would have them call me. Gave them additional numbers to reach me at or asked for them to leave voice message. Never received call back.



May 18th contacted store spoke to manager who put me on hold to contact the warehouse. Stated there was a miscommunication and that the warehouse hadn't shipped anything yet, but would this week. Was told I'd be contacted later in the afternoon to verify. Never received call back.



May 19th contacted store and manager was not available, asked to speak to someone that could help. After explaining what was going on person said that the truck would be there the next day by 1PM and that they would contact me to let me know the status.



May 20th did not hear back on the status by 4PM so contacted the store and was told that the parts were not on the truck and that there was nothing they could do that I would need to talk to the store manager who wasn't available. Was told that he will call me the next day when he is back. Stated that I am never called back and it was suggested to me that maybe I should call them then.



May 23rd had a message on my phone from the manager stating the part came in and would be delivered on May 28th.



May 27th called to confirm delivery on May 28th told manager not available, but if I was told it would be delivered it would be delivered and I would get a phone call by 7PM to set up a time.



May 28th, never received confirmation call night before so called store again and was told manager was not available. Asked to speak to someone that could help. Was told that the guy I was speaking to loaded the truck and he did not put the Garden Tractor, Snow blower, or deck on it and that it would not be delivered. Stated I would be called back. Never got the call back, called and asked to speak to manager and was put on hold for 20 minuets before being hung up on. Called back and told manager was late getting there and should try back later.



Needless to say so far I'm out $3500 and 5+ weeks of having to pay to have my lawn mowed.
