Overall

I went there last summer and was told I have leaking veins in both legs. You have to wear compression socks for 3 months before ins will look at it. I did, then they wanted to do 1 vein per leg. I said lets do 1 leg at a time being a little skeptical. The procedure being expensive I saved up some money thru the year on HSA and did it in December. Did 1 vein then 2nd vein. Each time you do a vein they bring you back about 12 to 24 hours later to see if its leaking. Then I was told it would take a few months for it to go down. I just spoke with the office then the doctor I wanted them to check the leg to see if its leaking and they would not do it unless I paid for the test to check my leg, I told them that my leg is still bigger then the leg I did not do. they said unless I wanted to spend more money to fix what they told me would be fixed they won't even check my leg that they did 3 months ago unless I start a whole new procedure. I am just starting with this review then I am going to call my insurance company to see if there is something there. On top of all this I keep getting a bill for another 285.00 that they want. My insurance denied claim at first I wish I never called them to push them to cover it. I still cannot believe that they will not look at my leg to see maybe they made a mistake and that's why my leg still swells. Very silly on there part. Mark Bertanza or email me at mbertanza@aol.com
