Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant

Just cant believe this beautifull restaurant dose not run properly . Most likely inexperienced management. I only had a take out service . They were slow . This place has no phone number there are two listed on the net one is not active and the other number goes to fax . They loosing plenty Monty since there is no phone number .

I give Las Palmas on March Lane no stars at all. They were rude, racist and had horrible food with no flavor!!! I will never step one foot in there again!!! We went to celebrate a birthday in a group of 20 and absolutely everyone in my party left there food on the table!!!! I'm not sure why Las Palmas is still in business which such horrible service and food!!! It was a waste of time and money!!!! Hated it!!!

My husband suggested Las Palmas after going there with his parents after Sunday mass. We were going to go for pizza, but was open to mexican food since I had never gone here before and had been wanting to try it. Las Palmas was pretty clean and in order...except for the waiters/waitress. We got seated pretty quickly, but once at our table we had to wait about 10/15 min to place our drink order. About another 10 min after that we got to order our food. During our whole time there they not only had on the AC, but also the fans on full blast. We asked if they could be turned off, the man said yes. But they never were. The people next to us also complained about how freezing it was. The food was mediocre at best. My two young sons like what they ordered, enchiladas in gravy. Other then my kidss liking their food, everything else sucked. Upon leaving the hostess asked us how everything was, i told her about our waiter and the fans. Her excuse for the fans was that they could only turn offf the fans by shutting the breakers off, that would in turn shut down the whole restaurant. She seemed like she only asked because she felt she had too. Nothing would matter once we left. I will never go back to Las Palmas. I felt like I just flushed $47 dollars down the toilet.

I'm Sorry. But My family had a bad experience. To start we waited for a table 20min. I understand they are busy and it was. Waiter took our order fast. ;) We waited at least another 20min for her to come and re-read our order..so that meant they have not even started it. We got 3 refills of tortilla chips..by this time it's been 45min wait. No one refill our cups. When we did get our food...it took another 10 min wait to get the tag.. Honestly it was the waiter. I noticed other people got their food in a good timely matter.
