Franklin High School is a part of the Stockton Unified School District, and offers a variety of educational and extracurricular programs and activities to students in grades nine through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes autobiographical and fictional narrative, responding to literature, business, expository, reflective, persuasive, historical and technical writing, and multimedia Web page designing, in additional to the regular courses of math, science, history, geography, American government, physics, chemistry and biology. It also offers various online educational links, such as libraries and resources, literature and genealogy links.
