        great working with natural hair

        I really recommend this hair salon, cause have nice staff, specially my hair style Katie , she is a skinny lady with nice smile, make my hair so nice and shine, ask for Katie, she really know all about hair.

        Very friendly and welcoming ...

        Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The only drawback is if you are looking for any fancy cuts....then this is not the place. Otherwise great place for your weekly upkeep.

        The best hair care ever!

        I took my daughter to see Kathi at the Orginal Dominican Hair Salon on Friday 1/29/10. As soon as we hit the door and signed in we were given service. This was her first time and when we were taken to Kathi, she greeted her with a smile and hug. The service was excellent! We arrived at 3:45 and were gone by 5:45. Kathi was very nurturing and knowledable of her profession. I also got a chance to talk to some of the other patrons as I sat there. They all were very happy with the service. Not to mention that everyone whose hair I saw look fabulous! As of that day, I am no longer going to a "Black Hair" Salon. I'm giving up the "creamy crack" for good!
