        Overall

        This Office will Lie and tell you that they will allow you to make Monthly Payment arrangement, but once you pay the $90 Consultant fee they change the Story.



        Make sure before you make a Payment to get in Writing the Agreement.



        I wouldn't Refer anyone here.
