HENRY COUNTY TAXI & VAN SERVICES,INC

These people deserve 0 stars, I called and made arrangements for them to pick up my sister at 3am at the bus station, now mind you, she has a 5 year old down town Atlanta, when she called him 30 mins before she got there (like he requested ) He told her no he didn't want to come that far to pick her up!! That is just so wrong!!!

This is my 1st and last time using this service. They charged me $10 for 2 miles after coming to pick me up late. I waited a whole 30 minutes and had to call back several times to see where they were being that I was right around the corner. I would say unprofessional. I'm thankful that I will be heading back to Gwinnett County where we have much better and professional service than this.

ON MAY 11,2012 I USED HENRY COUNTY TAXI& VAN SERVICES INC. CURRENTLY I AM WITH A CAR AND I USED THIS TAXI SERVICE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME AND AT FIRST I WAS QUESTIONING MY SELF WHY? BUT ALL I CAN SAY IS GIVE PEOPLE A CHANCE THE GUY THEY SENT FOR ME WAS THE BEST THANK YOU FOR YOUR FAST, CLEAN AND RELIABLE SERVICE ON TIME AND AFFORDABLE ONE NOTE SHOULD GIVE A DEEPER DISCOUNT FOR RIDERS IN LOCAL AREA.WILL USE SERVICE AGAIN.

Prompt, courteous service and clean vehicles. These folks are genuinely nice people. I took a taxi to/from Hartsfield recently and had a good experience. The round-trip fare was less than it would have cost me to park my car at the airport so I will definitely be using the service again.

It's cheaper to pay a friend or neighbor or even get a rental car for the day. I traveled about 3 miles from my house, and ended up spending over $20. The driver was on time, the travel was very comfortable and relaxing, but whent they said $2.00/mile, I just knew that I'd only spend $12-$15. I really wish I'd had just rented a car for the day for about $28, and had it the entire day or until mine was out of the shop. A taxi cab should only be used for die hard emergencies.
