DEER CREEK Mobile Home Park

Most people go on here to give horrible review but; no one comes on her to give positive feed back. I would like to say I moved to Deer Creek probably a little over 4 months ago and I must say the new management time is awesome! Coty is the sales person that assisted me through this process and he really went out of his way to help me through this whole ordeal. Everyone was extremely nice even the New property manager Keisha she came out and welcomed me and I felt like this is where I going to be for a long time. I would recommend anyone to move here they even offer free rent to all referrals! Great Team

This place is the worst place I've ever seen. Its run down. The office people are rude and non understanding. They're unprofessional and sell people trailers that are unfit for health. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Sewer water runs through peoples yards and they refuse to get it fixed or taken care of. I strongly suggest you stay away and go somewhere better. I would've given this place no stars at all

Don't EVER rent or purchase from these people. The entire community has plumbing issues within the main line. A family member of mine leased a trailer & from day one the plumbing has been backed up. One contractor came out a few weeks within my relative reporting the problem & rigged the line so that the household can use the facilities. They also have no meter installed at their trailer which they should have in order to have gas turned on. There's no HEAT!! Even though the above issues have been reported over & over again for nearly two months now, NOTHING has been done to rectify the inhabitable conditions. Everyone at the office just keeps giving them the run around. Now there's raw sewage filling under the trailer, leaking into the back yard, & running into the street. I hate that the slumlords of Deer Creek are getting away with this & God only knows what else. They have people too afraid to make a fuss due to threat of eviction. So- sad!!
