Bench Warmers Sports Grill

I visited the Stockbridge location on May 10 and left after shooting pool for two hours and not receiving any type of service, not even a greeting. I spoke to the manager on my way out, and she recommended that if no one stops to take morder, just flag them down and they'll be happy to help. Really? ? I'm flabbergasted and severely disappointed. I come here every Saturday to shoot pool and have a few drinks. I get fuel points for dining with them, so I make sure to place a decent order. I've never been rude to any of the servers, never been a difficult patron, or done anything to cause the lack of service I've received. I don't mean to irritate anyone, but I can't believe I actually received NO service after being in the establishment for over two hours! I'm apalled.



After this experience, I directly emailed the owner and haven't received a response. I also sent a message via Facebook which received no response. I also sent them a message via Facebook which also received no response. The lack of response concerning this incident leads me to believe that this is normal and an acceptable practice in this establishment. The food is good, and I love the clean and safe atmosphere, but this makes want to take my business elsewhere.

This has the standard sports bar layout - TVs all over the place. What made it stand out for us was the food. We had burgers and a club sandwich at our table. Everyone was very happy with the quality. I would recommend this place for any big game viewing.

I have been several times. At first it was good!! Somewhat decent service, pretty good food, and trivia nights were a blast. I have completely stopped going because the last two times were HORRIBLE!!! The 2nd to last time I went i literally sat there 20-30 minutes without a trace of a server walking up...not one of the three they had working that night!! The only 2 things that kept me that long was I was waiting on friends and the wide array of sports they had on!! Eventually I called my friends and changed plans and left!! The last time I went it was about 10 minutes before I was waited on and literally took 5 minutes to get anything I asked for. REFILLS...didnt get one!! Again only 3 waitresses on staff... only 3 for that big of a place...The beers that I bought what I was told were $2 and some change were actually $4.50. I pay that price for pitchers at some places and that was for a 12oz, maybe 16oz, that I got several of. I would have taken it up with a manager but when I asked, there wasnt one there at the time!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER step foot in there again!! If you are looking for a good place, take a look at Juicy Bar and Grill just seconds down Rock Quarry from Benchwarmers!!

Great Bartenders and food. I have gone about 5 times and find myself becoming a regular. Fun friendly staff and good food
