I must say that the two guys working were very friendly however they put on a tempered glass on the screen of my new phone without telling me i was being charged for it. I was told how much I would have to pay, which seemed like a lot to me because I was only supposed to pay the tax on the phone. when I signed the exchange agreement and was about to look at the bill the sales person quickly took it from me and then put it in my bag. when I looked at it in the car I saw they charged $39.95 for the tempered glass screen cover. I'll be contacting the manager/ owner next week. you can't just put something on someone's phone without asking if they want it.

Just left that place and most unprofessional person I have ever met. I have an upgrade and I went in there to get a new one. I asked to see a phone before I purchase it and he refused to pull it out. He repeatedly checked his phone to text while I was speaking to him. I asked him what's the difference between my phone and the upgrade and his answer was "nothing" when I walked in there knowing there were multiple differences.



Never again will I walk in that store. Very unprofessional
