        Very disappointing service. Will definitely look elsewhere next time. Brian (possibly the mgr) should definitely be in another line of work since he doesn't seem to care to interact with people! Did NOTHING to assist. Doesn't bother to tell u to be sure to bring the same card with you that you prepaid with. When you come without it, the problem can be rectified, but it means calling customer service somewhere and switching to a card you have with you. He just shoved the paperwork to us and said we had to call to rectify since it was our card. What happened to politeness or TRYING to assist a customer?! He sure left us with a bad impression for Hertz
