I took my old Marantz receiver to Craig's for repair. I had called around and no one else would look at it. I called Craig's and they said they repair them. I took it in on Monday and had it back by Thursday ready for the weekend. Great staff and quick repair. Thanks!

I went to Craig's TV to have my LG 55" TV repaired based on a friends' recommendations. Great customer service, fast repair and reasonable price. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

These guys were very easy to deal with. I recently had them out for an estimate on some storm damaged items and was very happy with the repair man that was sent. Quick service and very reasonable.

First, let me say this is a long review but worth reading if you are considering having this place fix your TV. Brought my 16 month old Samsung 60" TV here. I paid $1,700 for this, so I was very disappointed it had already failed. Dropped off on a Monday said they would call next day with estimate which they did. I agreed to repair at a cost of $320, was told 2 circuit boards needed to be replaced. Said it would take 2-4 business days which I thought was reasonable. No call all week so I called them the next Monday, claimed they got in faulty boards and had to reorder, was told another 2-4 business days. They phoned 2 days later on Wednesday. To my surprise I was told they could not fix my TV. Was told I had a bad display panel and it would cost more than the price of the TV, then asked if I wanted it back or did I want them to dispose of it. I wasn't very pleased - $1,700 for a TV that lasted 16 months!!!! I decided not to have them dispose of my TV (hard to throw away a 16 month old $1,700 TV in the garbage). I picked it up at about 11:00 am Thursday morning and took it to another repair shop, Gibson's in Roseville (696 & Gratiot). Gibson's received my TV noon on that Thursday (figured it was worth $25 evaluation from them before I threw my $1,700 TV in the garbage). To my surprise I received a call from the Gibson tech 3 hours later asking me who had worked on my TV because the boards in there were missing the connectors. So I called Craigs and explained this, was told by the Craig tech he did everything he could but the display panel was obviously the problem and the TV is not worth fixing. He thought I was going to scrap the TV so he didn't bother putting them back on. Called back the tech at Gibson's explained this, he said he highly doubted the panel was bad and had the the boards in stock and would do everything he could to get my TV up and running. The next day at about 1:30pm the very knowledgeable & professional tech named Don at Gibson's called and said he had my TV up and running. Yes that's right 25 1/2 hours after receiving the TV that Craig's would have been so kind to dispose of for me Gibson's had it fixed. In conclusion I DO NOT recommend this place, take to Gibson's. By the way I paid $400 to have it fixed which is awesome because if I would have taken Craig's advise I would have been shelling out close to $2,000 for a new TV.

I drove from Canada to have my projection bulb replaced but the usual technician was not available. To my surprise a cheerful young lady assured me she could help and in less than 10 minutes

my TV bulb was shiny and new and worked perfect after installed.

Quick service and fair prices! Was very much worth my drive and money.

Fastest repair in my life. Would recomend
