        Special Touches Wedding and Party Center is one women's vision to a family owned and operated establishment for more than 20 years in the wedding and party business on Staten Island. We have custom favors, invitations, centerpieces and accessories for every memorable event. We specialize in sweet 16's, weddings, bridal/baby showers, birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs and anniversaries. Originally from Brooklyn, we relocated to Staten Island. After rebuilding from hurricane Sandy we are now back in business in the heart of Staten Island. We will make your next memorable event something that people will remember for the rest of their lives. Our creations are one of a kind. Customer service, professionalism and expertise is the little extra we provide to your special occasion. SERVICES Custom Invitations Let us decorate your dais table with tulling swags and sparkling lights to compliment your theme. Add feathers and decorative cut outs for extra flair. Centerpieces A centerpiece adds to the ambiance of your special event. It gives your guests a focal point at their table. We create custom centerpieces to coordinate with your theme. All centerpieces are available in many sizes and designs. Dais Decor Let us decorate your dais table with tulling swags and sparkling lights to compliment your theme. Add feathers and decorative cut outs for extra flair. Candle Lighting Arrangements Available in all themes. Decorated with feathers, tulling, fabric or Mylar. We offer lettering in glitter or fabric, single, double or triple layered in script or block lettering. Lights can also be added for a sparkling effect. Balloons Balloons are an inexpensive yet elegant way to decorate a room. We make clusters, columns, arches and table arrangements. Favors We carry a large selection to choose from for all occasions.We offer chocolate lollipops, and decorated cookies with complimentary wrapping. Sign In Boards/Books Custom created for your special occasion. They capture your guests’ personal message and create a lifetime of memories. Available for any occasion and theme, books can be fabric covered with glittered lettering and designs. They are available in three sizes with both signing and photo pages. Signing Boards are available in 2 standard sizes and also custom sizes and shapes. Seating Charts Available for all occasions and themes. Bridal Shower We carry a large selection of Bridal Shower favors, and accessories. We make custom baskets for all occasions. Honeymoon baskets also available.
