Windshield off center. Ford Windstar. Air and water coming in. Brought back got bulls**t service. Repaired somewhere else saw gap top to bottom on passenger side big enough for screw driver to stick through where glass is supposed to be mounted to frame.

Crystall Auto Glass is a complete auto glass shop located in Staten Island, NY. I simply needed my windshield replaced, so I went to Crystal Auto Glass, and had my windshield replaced very quickly and very OFF CENTERED!!!!!!!! When the vehicle was ready the unqualified technician pulled my vehicle out of there garage and left it with door open and engine running as a way of letting me know that the vehicle was ready. I noticed that the windshield was way off center when I was driving home. DO NOT GO TO CRYSTAL AUTO unless you don't care about your vehicle!

They tried to charge me double for tolls when it should have been 20 the wanted to charge me 50 and they never told me a cut off time for overtime they wanted to charge me 90 very 1/2 hr rip offs nothing like arguing on ur wedding day and i paid over 1000 and on my wedding day tried to get more money from me! i would not recommend!!
