When you choose Total Access Urgent Care, you can be confident that you will receive the prompt and friendly services that you deserve. We are the only urgent care center in St. Louis owned by board certified, residency trained emergency medicine physicians. As such, we are constantly working to provide fast, quality health care to patients. We are a privately-owned practice. Therefore, we do not have the heavy administrative expenses that other medical facilities have. Even if you are uninsured, we will provide reasonable rates, deductibles, and co-pays. Feel free to walk into our emergency care center anytime during our hours. As your local doctors, we understand that accidents occur and urgent matters arise requiring the attention of doctors and medical officials. You will receive quality care when you choose our medical assistance.

        Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, yet professional.
        I knew my illness going in, and they did appropriate lab work to confirm it.
        I will return if I need them again, and will recommend them to others.

        This is an Oakville location. This was also a two week follow up to a hand wound injury. On both occasions, the staff on duty were professional and warm. Both parking and location are great.
