'I have cleaned hundreds of homes. Along the way, I have seen this saying on wall decorations in countless homes in different towns and cities across two states. Do you work hard for your money? I have met celebrities, construction laborers, business executives, lawyers, beauticians, consultants, and various other men and women in the workforce. No matter the field or level of income the feeling is the same. We all work hard for our money. Is it safe to assume that when we spend that hard earned money we want to "get our monies worth"? Be it at a restaurant, hotel, airport, movie theater, grocery store, doctor's office, we expect to receive good service. Good service is what makes us go back. When hiring a cleaning company you expect good service. What you deserve is GREAT service. You are trusting your Cleaning Specialist to rid your home of dirt, bacteria, germs, and dust. Without the proper training can you really trust your cleaning company? Would you see a friend to treat an illness, or would you go to a Doctor to treat your illness? In 2003, I enrolled in a vocational college course at MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois. After one full year I graduated from the Custodial Maintenance Program with a 4.0 GPA. During these 12 months of extensive training I learned the skills and techniques to being a Cleaning Specialist. Until meeting my company, many of my customers were not aware that a college course on cleaning existed. Prior cleaning companies hired by current clients did not have these credentials. Most of current clients reported that they had hired and fired more than two cleaning companies before calling my company. All of my current clients have at one time or another hired an independent contractor off of Craigslist before calling me. When hiring a cleaning company, receive the service that you deserve.
