Painter's Sun Country Mitsubishi

I not only purchased a Mitsubushi Lancer from them a couple months ago I also sent my daughter there to purchase a used Nissan Ultima. I've been an acquaintance of new owner and sales manager for a few years but I started off going to go to Steven Wades dealership as they have huge lots and almost every major Manufacturer. Got really fed up with the salespeople as they didn't seem to know their inventory and stats on the vehicles very well, in fact I joked and said you know there is thing called Google and I can price and inventory check in seconds. Anyway, after 2 days of walking through Wades dealerships and Findlays dealerships, I decided to check out Painters. It is a smaller dealership but what an amazing group of people from reception to sales to finance. Wasn't given any high pressure BS or lies to keep me there - just straight out honesty and no pressure. Told all my buddies about them. Little hidden diamond amongst the massive surrounding cubic zirconia! Ignore the previous reviews as Painters has new ownership and a new name Painter's Sun Country Mitsubishi.

Really unhappy will Kurtis in the service center . Won't stand behind warranty. Will never buy here again . Front desk, Marcello and management in front of house was excellent.

@Dwan S. We are sorry that you had a problem with your vehicle. Our mechanics are all Mitsubishi Certified, and they specialize in servicing vehicles like yours. When we replaced the clutch 6 months ago, we didn't touch anything that could have caused that problem, and we can't foresee problems 6 months into the future. The clutch IS warrantied for 12 months/12,000 miles, but unfortunately that doesn't extend to the cause of the leak. If you have any more questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

They replaced my clutch. When two other mechanics confirmed that my transmission leak was due to this clutch replacement, they still refused to fix the leak. I am ask anyone reading this review boycott the service department. Well understanding that Painter's refuses to back up their warranties, why even buy a car there.

Painter's mitsubishi is one of the best dealerships I've ever seen. They are very clear on the prices. Just ask and they'll give a competitive internet price and they'll do their best to get it lowered. They also give you a competitive amount on your trade in. Everything they do is completely legal, they just work to get the customer the best deal possible.

If you are looking for a shady, unprofessional car dealership with no morals, look no further! This business will take advantage of first time car buyers, and try to rip you off for trade ins! Good luck trying to get a straight answer about the actual price of a car.

My husband and I purchased one of our first cars here and remembering our experience still makes me sick, years later. We were naive, and the employees (particularly Jay and Marcelo) took extra care to take advantage our innocence and trust. After having a little more life experience, I seriously doubt the legality of some of their procedures. Hands down, worst experience with a business I have ever had. Please avoid this place like the plague. I have deep regrets giving them my hard earned money and I hope this warning will help other people make better decisions and choose a different dealership.
