Old City Palms

They planted what apparently was a diseased or sickly Sable palm in my back yard. It died over the next several weeks in spite of my watering it twice dailey as this outfit recommended.

We had them out to look at it and they agreed it was dead and it would be no problem to replace it. Over the next 3 or 4 months we made appointments 7 or 8 times for them to show up and give us a live palm. They never showed they never called. It took me all these missed appointments to realize they never had any intention of providing me with what I had paid them for and I am just out of luck with what was spent.

So do yourself a favor and avoid a lot of grief. Avoid this disreputable outfit. There are numerous landscape companies in the area that are far more reliable.

They use substandard plants and sod and WILL NOT stand behind them. They will NOT return phone calls or texts.
