Words can't possibly describe how disgusting the food is...And the drinks taste moldy. If there was a zero star then that'd be my rating. The food makes u want to gag.

They only got a star because it wouldn't allow me to leave it at zero

I've eaten here several times and haven't been disappointed yet. There's such a wide selection available there that if you can't find something to eat, you're way too picky! The sushi is delicious! The raw food bar is always stocked and fresh so you can pick what you want, have it stir fried right before your eyes and pick what sauces to flavor it with! Outstanding!

Excellent selection, lots of different food choices. Clean. Friendly staff. We go mostly for lunch during the week because my husband works right near there. However we also went one night for dinner and it was just as good as the lunch. It is our favorite restaurant in Springfield.

Although this restaurant is a little bit far from where I live (I live in the south side of Springfield) but I would drive up there on the weekend with family because it is absolutely wonderful and my kids love it. The place is clean and has huge selection, there is sushi bar and hibachi grill as well so you can't go wrong with this restaurant. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Many decades of savoring Chinese food at buffets and "standard" restaurants where menus are used.
I can not recommend Hibachi Grill for many reasons with the main ones being sub-par food and service.
I regret having spent my money at this firm.
They will never see me nor my money again and I will surely warn others of my negative experience.

If you're looking for an "over the top" buffet than this might fill the bill...wide variety etc...but a couple of things stood out to me as negatives. The fried shrimp were mostly breading and were greasy, that was WHEN they brought them out! The General chicken was good, but the cashew chicken was prepared in such a way as to be unappetizing which was a disappointment especially considering the cost which was full price for my 11yr old daughter (gee thanks!) I did enjoy it but regretted not going to New China and just ordering off the menu. I could've gotten just as much to eat of better food for less money! Probably won't be back anytime soon...

While there are many selections on the buffet, I was rather disappointed. My family and I went on a Friday night about 7. The buffet was kept replenished, which was nice; however, there were several items that were on there for a very long time. The chicken for the cashew chicken was so hard I couldn't eat it. The stuffed shrimp had a funny aftertaste. The crab legs were good when you could get them off the buffet, but they didn't bring those out very often. There was a mad dash when they did. The roast beef was incredibly tasty in the au juice from the pan, but was really tough. I struggled to chew it, but the flavor was good. I didn't see any peel and eat shrimp, although perhaps I overlooked it. The hostess tried to seat us a four top table eve though there were five people in our group. She then led us back to an area that had obviously been closed off the night.
In all honesty, we will probably not be returning. There are much better Chinese buffets in town.
