Mellow Mushroom

My boyfriend kept telling me about this place and how we needed to stop and try it. Then finally after talking to some of my coworkers I agreed to go and try it. The atmosphere is unlike any other place I've ever been, so calming with interesting art work. Everyone who works there is so laid back, they're not your usual waiters/waitresses. Very modern. With amazing food of course!

Ate there (Stubner Airline Houston) last night at recommendation of family. Got there at 6:30p. Hostess said they would call our cell phone due to pagers were not working..wait was about 45mins. Went to check at about 45 mins, said they are called us and no answer, so they marked us off list, but soon afterward found us a table. Waitress came took drink orders and did not come back. After asking her where were drinks and we wanted to order, she looked at me, said ok...and kept walking. Other stuff happended, about 40 mins later had no drinks, so changed waitresses. We eventually got our food at 8:45p...pizza was soggy and mushroom appetizer was not cooked. So the first waitress, crying because Manager just fired her. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back. One guy said...give them a break, they just opened! WTH!
