Angel Wings Bakery

I review bakeries very often and sneak in under the radar without telling the owners that I am a wedding/bakery reviewer just so I can get a genuine reaction of the bakery and the way it is ran. This bakery specializes in cake balls and pie balls and they know what they are doing! I tried what they said was the "best seller" (pecan pie ball) and that was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. I have seen cake balls done before, but this woman started the "pie ball" thing and she has got it right. It's her grandmother's pecan pie recipe that she puts inside a ball of chocolate!!!! I would suggest this place for brides, event/wedding planners, basically anyone that wants a unique delicious dessert. In addition to their delicious products, the owners were such nice down-to-earth people, that they will succeed on customer service alone! Do yourself a favor, visit Angel Wings Bakery and get the pecan pie ball...you won't regret it!

We went into this bakery to try cake balls, and the only cake balls I ever tried came from the original Cake Ball Company in Dallas...and I wasn't impressed at all. So I was kind of reluctant to try these. The owner and her husband were so nice, they insisted I try the wedding cake cake ball so I did. That was the most delicious thing I ever put in my mouth!!! They had tons of flavors to choose from, they were priced good, they had excellent customer service, and to top it all off, they were delicious. They took the time to talk with people that came in, and laugh and were really nice people. I will totally being going back to this place. They made a fan out of us!!!!
