Love love this place. It is always clean. The staff is very knowledgeable about each piece of equipment and provide encouragement and form correction when needed. The music is enjoyable and at the appropriate volume. I highly recommend this place to any woman looking for the best place to work out

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to and I faithfully attend because of the wonderfully trained staff, encouragement, results and cleanliness. It is a great place to meet with other ladies and work hard together! Lots of smiles and fun.

I have attended this Curves Gym for almost three years. It is clean, modern, and provides the opportunity for a great workout in 30 minutes. A variety of classes are offered for the time off the machines. The atmosphere is friendly and fun with much encouragement from highly trained coaches, I have been successful with my goals and am maintaining my healthy lifestyle.

Excellent equipment, staff, and atmosphere. I have been a Curves member for many years and hope to continue for many more! This is the best maintained Curves I have used. The 30 minute workout can be done during my lunch. I enjoy the workouts and the socialization!

Love going here! The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. After going there for just a few months, 3x a week, I could do things I never thought I'd be able to do again. Core strengthening has helped the back problems I've had for years.

The Grand Haven Curves is a great gym facility for women. I love the circuit, it takes the thinking out of it. No counting, no clocking watching. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and so are all of the women who use Curves. Great women's gym!

I have been going to this Curves for many years and have got the best care from the people that work there to the people I work out with.Its a fast work out only 30 minutes and you can be out the door. But of course sometimes you like to stay a little longer to talk to the friends you make there.

When I was diagnosed with Pre-Osteoporosis, my doctor recommended Curves. I joined and 12 months later, I had no signs of Osteoporosis. Love the circuit of machines and the expert guidance I receive from the coaches. Very friendly staff and I look forward to seeing other regular members.

I joined this club in 2012. The owner and staff are the most friendly and courteous people you'll ever meet. This club is spotlessly clean and all equipment is kept in meticulous condition. Also available are multiple classes for balance, strength training etc that are included when you join. Best. Curves. Ever.

Curves is an excellent clean facility with great equipment and excellent workouts. Fast, easy and fun. You can work at your own speed to improve and modify when you have issues. Fun, knowledgeable staff.
