On a positive note, you guys are close to home & have very tasty BBQ etc. BUT.... On the down side I feel like the price is quite high for the amount of food received. I honestly don't make a habit of sending a review (good or bad) but this time I feel it's warranted. My husband and I came in last night 10-12-14 & ordered to go, I ordered a slice of pecan pie and got home with no pie, so I called the mgr & he said he would have a gift card for 2 slices of pie waiting for me to pick up the following day. I know mistakes happen but I went to the Spring Branch location all I got was rude attitude and NO COMPENSATION. I was told that nobody had a clue what I was talking about. Having said that, someone needs more training in customer service and not to make customers feel like they are trying to get something for nothing. Good Luck in future business.
