The Blake Apartments

The Blake is a beautiful place to live. I look forward to coming home every day. I love that I can work out anytime night or day in a fully equipped gym just steps away from my door. I can also run outside on the trails right next to the apartment complex. Grocery stores are conveniently close as well as shopping centers, coffee shops and restaurants. The residents here are truly spoiled by the staff. Cookies are baked daily and snacks are set out, along with beverages for all residents to enjoy. These are open to us daily in the club house making it a great place to relax and hang out. The staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond when it comes to resident satisfaction. Johnny and Michael are always there to listen to any detail you may care to share and help in any way they can. If you catch Johnny on a show day you can see him wearing his star suit. Come in! You won't regret it. I truly love living here. It has been a great experience. I'm happy to call it home.

I moved from Pennsylvania to The Blake about 2 years ago. The office staff went out of their way to send me videos of the apartments as a tour since I could not tour prior to moving. Johnny and Michael in the office always make you feel invited, and go above and beyond for the tenants in the community. Tim, maintenance man, is probably the hardest working and friendliest individual you will ever meet. I think we are very lucky to have such a wonderful maintenance man.

The Blake Community is very family and pet friendly. The office has fun activities monthly such as pool parties and bingo for the tenants to come enjoy each others company and make new friends.

I would recommend for anyone to live here. The apartments/town homes are beautiful. The location of The Blake is very convenient. You are within minutes from The Spokane Valley Mall, around the corner from Target, Shopko, and Safeway. There is a trail right off the back of the apartment complex which is paved and well lit. Makes it perfect for evening walks with the family and dogs.

Overall, a wonderful place to live with great staff and neighbors!

We really enjoyed the whole move-in process. We have loved our stay here so far. Love that we have such a small community; helps to make friends easier!
