Grandpa Sam's Italian Kitchen

We just left Grandpa Sam's in Spencerport NY. It was absolutely terrible. To start with the Artichoke French was disgusting we sent it back it tasted like fish. The rest of our main meal was bland. When we got our bill we just wanted to pay and leave. The bill was incorrect we got charged for soup which we did not order. We mentioned it and they took the bill and took the soup off. The returned bill was more after they removed the soup, really ????? The table next to ours also complained about the bill being incorrect. On top of everything the food was overpriced and there was an up charge on many standard items, which they ask you if you would like but never mention there's an additional charge.

This was our second time there and it will definitely be our last. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We went on a Monday night and the place was crowded, that will tell you how good a restaurant is. The food is great and service was fantastic. They had everything you could imagine and nothing will disappoint you. I will go back again and again.
