Bella Salon & Spa

I called several salons one day and Jon from Bella Salon and Spa (Spencerport) was more than willing to get me in even though he was quite busy and alone. Jon is the most sincere and customer focused individual I have met in this industry. He listened to my story about my bad haircut and exactly what I wanted to have done to my hair and then he went about doing just that. I suffer from several illnesses and needed a haircut that was going to be easy to work with even on the days when I can't get out of bed. Thanks Jon for the caring hour we spent together. I highly recommend Jon to anyone searching for the best that is out there. He made me feel beautiful and loved.

I have used Bella 3 times, and they have all been for spa treatments. Since I do not know the hair dressors I cannot say anything about them. On the first occasion after I set up my appointment they called me back and asked if I could reschedule. I was a little annoyed but I still rescheduled. The next time I went was when I wanted my nails and toes done the day before my wedding. Again they called me to reschedule and they wanted me to come in 3 days before my wedding. This time I put my foot down and said, "No way...it's for my wedding, I want my nails freshly done". They ended up sticking to their appointment. The 3rd time, my husband got me a GC there to get a message, I called to set up an appointment and they told me that it was the massagers last day and that I could use my GC for something else. I am pregnant and really wanted a pregnancy massage. After hanging up mad, they fit me in that day, but again not on the day I wanted to go. Their customer service and ability to keep spa appointments in HORRIBLE! They have lost a costumer!

I have gone to the Owner Jon for 4 years and I can't go anywhere else.

I feel like a queen when I leave and the relationship with everyone there is spectacular. I have been on vacation and needed a quick trim and could not wait to get back for him to fix...LOL....................
