White Oak Manor, with its corporate office and more than 200-bed facility in Spartanburg, S.C., is a private, family-owned retirement community. Established in 1967, it offers various housing options for senior citizens, including independent living apartments and assisted living communities equipped with bath and kitchenette, refrigerator, and central air conditioning and heating. Its more than 100-bed skilled nursing care center offers 24-hour rehabilitative care and a variety of social, recreational and cultural activities.
