Pony Express Lodge

I wish zero stars were an option. The Pony Express Lodge is infested with mold, roaches, and bed bugs. We had to stay for three months when I was out of work for an injury.

They never gave us a key to our own door so we couldn't lock up while we were gone.
The phone couldn't dial out - even for emergencies. We couldn't call 911 if we wanted to, and no one could call in to our room. They would only hear a busy signal.
There was black mold in the walls and beneath the carpet that made us very sick.
We had no access to hot water in either the sink or shower.
The roaches were a constant nightmare. Even with the "preventative" spraying, they would come out of electrical sockets and holes that connected to other rooms. It was disgusting, we didntw feel comfortable keeping any food.

The owner, GM, assistant manager and maintenance were all horrible. They swear at tenants, they have tried to refuse rental receipts on several occasions, they will not make repairs, and they are very well known for retaliation.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I have to say i needed a place to stay for about 10 days and they were the best rate and although it may not be the Ritz it worked out great. Thanks
