Low Price Auto Glass

Absolutely terrible customer service! I took my 2016 ram truck in to get my back window replaced and they got me in very quickly however from the inside it looks terrible. There is about a 1/2" gap between the roof and the window, and I asked "Sandro" who is supposedly the manager to fix it and he said "it is what it is." He said "this window sits on two screws and that's just how it's going to sit" and then to top it off while they were backing my truck up out of they shop they backed into something and put a dent in my rear bumper and now are refusing to take care of it because "I took it off of their parking lot and didn't see it when I picked up my truck" that's what Sandro said. He also made the statement "well it's not the first time someone has said we dented up their vehicle." REALLY... why would you even say that! So I asked him several times "so are you sure you don't want to do the right thing and fix my bumper and window" and he said "no I ain't doin nothin about the bumper" and the window is installed correctly and it is what it is, it's a RE-INSTALL." I said, "hmm okay." He said "if you want to go ahead and leave us a bad review it doesn't matter go ahaead" I said okay well we will see your dad in court" ( By the way, I said his dad because Basil (dad)is the owner and he would not let me speak to him and he was there at the shop). He said okay "congratulations, congratulations!" Absolutely blows my mind how these people do business, and how they treat customers.
